A room with a bidet was a nice surprise. Having a stovetop, kitchenware, and a washing machine made our stay much more convenient and comfortable. 🌟.

newly decorated hotel with favourable location in the middle of jackson. the beautiful and lovely room & big bathroom. location so close to yerevan. nearby doc therapy bar - great place to chill out.

The location is good and unbeatable, it's so close to the north avenue and Yerevan. The rooms are beautiful and generally offer a dining area, an iron with ironing board, and a couch bed. The staff are welcoming, everyone.

The double room was equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. The room had a handy kitchenette. The staff, both at reception and elsewhere, were very friendly. The aparthotel is centrally located, right by the north avenue and Yerevan. we enjoyed our stay at Avenue Aparthotel. The double room was well-equipped with a flat-screen TV, climate control, and a handy kitchenette. The staff were very friendly and the central location made it convenient to explore the city. We particularly appreciated being close to North Avenue and Yerevan.

We didn't feel like leaving, couldn't recommend more. There were central heating, a personal safe, and flat-screen TV in the room, enjoyed that. The location was perfect, for example, a Republic square was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. Plus, it was close to Yerevan, and the north avenue.
